Mid-Michigan Clothesline Project

The Clothesline Project displays shirts that have been made by survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional violence. By hanging their pain out in the open, survivors reject any feelings of shame they may have had; a symbol of the lifeline that can and must be created when survivors join together in support of each other. Any woman who wishes to make a shirt as a testimonial to survivors can do so.
